I contacted the firm to help me out for my mother in law application for the TRV which was success. Time line was : applied : Nov 2nd, 2023 Biometric letter: Nov 3rd , 2023 Biometric done : Nov 9th, 2023 Finally I received the passport request for my MIL today ( Nov 15, 2023) . So process took only 13 days. ( without travelling history ) (My FIL also got visa in January 2023 with their service) Hard work!
